• 2-3 years of Flash developer experience
• Able to mentor junior team members
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Possess optimization of flash actionscript knowledge / skillset
• Able to work with AS2.0 / AS3.0
• Has experience in integrating flash with XML/PHP/ASP
• Able to think out of the box and suggest ideas when working on projects.
