Specifically, we are looking for individual with the following attributes:
- strong graphic design foundation
- user-interface / interaction design and experience
- proficient in Flash authoring and animation
- Programming skill for ActionScript is not essential, but would be a good bonus
- team player
- yet able to work independently with initiative
