Been using PV3D for quite some time.  Agree with you that its kind of lag, but hopefully they will release an integrated ver. that works with CS4 / 5's 3D engine directly?

I use PV3D more for coded 3D stuff.  Perhaps you might want to check out Away3D, seems to be more 3D intensive but I haven't used it personally =S

I agree with you on the fact that 3D in flash has someway to go before it can be used commercially, but more because it sometimes has problems doing accurate back face culling for complex surfaces.

regarding performance, there isnt much we can do about it, as the 3D rendering engines are all software only, and flash is not looking to add 3d card hardware acceleration.

Thanks for sharing your experiance, will cater more time to look into those points, if I have to develop for p3D one day.</description>
